How to understand the Affiliate Dashboard?

The Affiliate Dashboard provides you will all the necessary information to track your players’ activities and monitor your earnings effectively.

Affiliate Dashboard

1. The Affiliate Dashboard provides important details about your commission.
2. Commission is updated on a daily basis. If your players lose or win today, you will have to wait the next day to check your latest commission.
3. The amount displayed on the dashboard is an estimate. The final commission will be based on settled figures, which will be marked as “Available” after the commissions are released every Wednesday.

Commission:

This Period = Current week’s commission.
Last Period = Previous week’s commission.

Active Players :

This period = This week’s active players
Last period = Last week’s active players.

Why is my commission not showing up?

There are 2 possible reasons why your commission is not showing:

1. The more your players lose on their bets, the higher your commission.
2. If your account balance improved today and your players began losing their bets, your commission will be updated, and you can check it tomorrow.

Registered User and First Deposit

1. You can track newly registered players here, including how many have made their first deposit.

Deposits and Withdrawals

1. This section shows the total number of deposits and withdrawals made by all your players.
2. Deposits and withdrawals do not impact the affiliate’s commission.

Player Bonus

1. Bonus Dashboard provides data of all claimed bonus by your players.
2. This is not a bonus or extra earnings for the Affiliate. This bonus must be deducted when calculating the Affiliate Commission.

VIP Cash Bonus

1. The dashboard indicates the total VIP points converted into cash for your players.
2. This is not considered a bonus or extra earnings for the affiliate and should be deducted when calculating the Affiliate Commission.

Referral Commission

1. This includes all bonus commissions received by your players for referring new players using a referral code.
2. This bonus commission does not influence the affiliates’ earnings.

Turnover

1. The dashboard shows the total valid bets or turnover made by all your players.
2. This turnover does not affect the affiliate’s commission.

Affiliate Profit & Loss

1. The dashboard displays the overall profit and loss from all your players.
2. If the amount is positive (shown in black), your players are losing their bets, and you can earn commissions from those losses.
3.If the amount is negative (shown in red), your players are winning their bets, meaning you will not earn a commission. If your account is negative at the end of the commission period, that amount will carry over into the following week(s).

Note: Affiliate commissions should not be calculated directly from profit and loss figures.
Instead, calculate your commission by checking the total net profit, which is not visible directly on the dashboard. Click here to learn more about how your commission is calculated.
