1. Commissions are calculated weekly, and payments are issued every Wednesday for the commissions earned in the previous week.
2. To qualify for commission withdrawals, an affiliate needs a minimum of 5 active players. Any commissions earned with 3 to 4 active players will roll over to the next week until you reach 5 active players.
